This notice explains what PunProfile collects when you use the EU Fit Check, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who holds your data
PunProfile Career Coaching. Only the PunProfile Team can reach your data, two people today, each signing in with their own account. No one else can sign in.
What we collect
Your answers to the nine assessment questions: your route to Europe, target countries, target role, CV and LinkedIn status, visa and right-to-work status, English level, job-search stage, and desired timeline. Every one is a fixed choice you tap. The assessment collects no free text anywhere.
Your contact details at the final step: first name, last name, email address, and a LINE ID or phone number.
One of those questions asks about your visa and right-to-work status, which says something about your immigration position. We hold it because it changes what advice is honest, and for no other reason.
What we work out from it
From your answers we calculate four readiness scores and select a recommended next step. You did not provide these; the system computed them, and they are yours to ask about.
We also form an internal judgement about whether PunProfile is the right fit to work with you. It is used to decide who we follow up with. It is not shown to you and it is not stored.
No decision here is fully automated. A person reads your record before anyone contacts you.
Why we hold it
To produce your assessment result and send it to you, and, if you gave consent for that channel, to contact you about career coaching. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything you have not agreed to.
If you ticked the optional box, we also use your email address to send you news and practical advice. That is a separate consent from the one above.
Each contact channel is consented to separately, and each consent is recorded with the date and time you gave it. A phone number with no consent beside it is one we will not call.
News emails, if you asked for them
The box is optional and is never ticked for you. Leaving it unticked does not affect your result, and it does not affect anything else we do for you.
If you tick it, we send news and practical advice by email. We do not send them on Line or by phone, whatever you consented to for those channels: they are for talking to you about your own result and your coaching.
You can stop at any time by writing to the address at the end of this notice. We record the date you asked. Stopping does not delete your record and does not stop us answering you about your own result.
Where it is stored, and where it goes
Your data is stored on servers in Ireland, operated by our database provider Convex. This means information you give us in Thailand is transferred out of Thailand and held in the European Union.
• Convex, our database. Holds everything described above.
• Vercel, our hosting. Handles the web traffic. Stores none of your answers.
• Sentry, our error reporting, on its European servers. Receives technical error reports only. Your name, contact details and answers are stripped out before anything is sent.
These are service providers processing data on our behalf, not parties we share your information with. No one else receives it.
What is stored on your device
Nothing that identifies you. We store no session identifier and no tracking cookie, and every visit starts fresh. The only thing we keep on your device is your language choice, Thai or English, which cannot be linked back to you or to your answers.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from your last contact with us, whether that is the day you submit or a later conversation, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
• Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you. We will send you a readable copy, including the scores the system worked out from your answers.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete you entirely. This removes your record, your answers and any link we sent you. It cannot be undone and there is no backup to restore from.
• Withdraw your consent for any contact channel at any time. Withdrawing it stops future contact on that channel; it does not undo contact already made.
• Stop the news emails without withdrawing anything else. The two consents are recorded separately, so stopping one leaves the other exactly as it was.
• Object to how we assess you, or complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to confirm something only the person in the record would know, because we have no way to log you in and we will not hand your data to someone claiming to be you.
